Pathetic Service from Vodacom

The most unprofessional and poor service from the Fibre retention and after sales service personnel. I did an upgrade during Black Friday and to date they have no clue as to when it will be delivered. They do not call you back to inform you of what is happening . I have called numerous times and not even the customer services manager is available or call you back.
