PATHETIC SERVICE FROM VODACOM

I have never in my life received such pathetic service from customer services,it's not something you would expect especially from a network that claims to be SA's best network. I had a consultant shouting and arguing with me over the phone telling me what I saw after I told her that there was no such thing that appeared on my phone. She then goes on to say Listen,Listen when I'm speaking to her,this all while she insisted on trying to speak over me. She then escalates the call to someone higher than her and I get the exact pathetic service and she begins to talk to me as of I'm a child. Worse service I've ever received from the worst ever service provider. After this I doubt I'll be staying with Vodacom. PATHETIC
