Pathetic service from Vodacom
Pathetic service !!!
As a first time customer I will never recommend Vodacom to anyone
Im sure I'll find much better service with any other network compared to Vodacom where no one answers at the call centre, when u finally get through they transfer u to 10 different departments because they all lazy to sort out your problem And Dont ever purchase from their online store, there are many hidden costs involved !
