PATHETIC SERVICE FROM VODACOM

Vodacom service is pathetic! Customercare can't help you causethere staff isn't trained properly. They say they will call back but never does! Email address for customercare stays full and you can't even get through via email! I have a parcel that was send incorectly, was returned and still waiting for the corect parcel. This is dragging for a monyh and no one can give me answers!! Pathetic
