Pathetic service from Vodacom

After being a client of these guys for years,i have decided to stick with them upon openinning my new business.....big mistake.I app**** for the business package and they kept me on a line for weeks thinking that they are going to accept my aplication only to hear a week yes a week before i have to open.Sorry we not going to help you we need 3 months bank statement.....keep in mind it's a brand new business where the hell do you get 3 months statements if you havent opened yet. all i got was sorry not our problem now i have a week to find someone to assist with my whole business connections and wifi and and.It phathetic
