Pathetic service from Vodacom

We have been battling with Vodacom and Metro fibre for 6 weeks with absolute pathetic service. Still no solution to our problems and now we had to get a new service provider inn to come and find a solution to enable us to have service.

No-one from Vodacom have attempted to try and help or resolve our We have been losing money due to bad reviews from guests due to the fibre and wifi that does not work or exist.

We have no choice but to report Vodacom to ICASA.

I will not recommend Vodacom as a fibre provider to anyone .
