Pathetic service from Vodacom

I pay more than my account on my statement every month yet suddenly I have a positive balance draught forward. When I queried this today ( 07/10/23 @ 12h45) the person that is suppose to assist and I use this loosely barely gave me a chance to speak. I had to tell her to be quiet so that I could explain the situation. All that she could do was to tell me what the system said but could not explain the sudden positive balance that was drought forward. She also told me that I should NOT look at my statement as it is not correct but rather work from my invoices ( I have more than one number)

this is clearly an indication that she has less than zero understanding of accounts. It would have been better to rather inform me that she is unable to assist and refer me to someone that could or ask me to phone back on Monday when the accounts department is open.

Vodacom has become a BIG joke.

So I received a call from Vodacom and the joke is from the "Social media department" of all departments to sort out my account problem. For goodness sake, what the hell do they know about accounting. Any 3 year old can read from a computer screen.

I want to know how my account is in credit one month (and after paying more than the statement) and on my next statement the amount that is brought forward is a debit????????????????????? Is this so difficult.?????????????????????????

It just shows the 30% pass rate required for schools these days. Apart from the fact that they can not explain this is the fact that for more than 20 years I have been paying my account the same way, 30 days after statement my account (contract) has all of a sudden become a "Cash" account for one and their system does not even correspond ( payment amounts) with the statements that they send to me every month and so far none of the two people I had spoken to can explain this.

Do I have to send a mail again to the CEO before some one in Vodacom wakes up??????????????
