Pathetic service from Vodacom

Having properties in Humewood and Humerail area and depending on the Vodacom/Metrofibre fibre connections is an absolute nightmare. Even worse is when you experience no or intermittent service and having to call call centres is extremely frustrating. Pathetic service is all I can say and I will definitily not recommend these service providers in my area as all it is is a major inconvenience. Worse of it all is when you threaten to take your business away and they dont even have the decency to make contact.
