Pathetic service from Vodacom

<p>I have logged serveral calls with vodacom advising them that my data has been going missing even when my cell phone is switched off and also I do not use my router during the day as I am at work and have wi-fi in our offices. However Vodacom does not bother to come back to me or even make a concern effort to hear me out. The customer services centre takes your details listen to your story and then say they are logging a call and you never seem to receive the reference number which they say they will send via sms. </p> <p> </p> <p>The Vodacom app on the cell phone does not work. I have 2 numbers linked to my account and the app can never show me the other 2 numbers. The app is absolutely useless. If i want to check the balance on my router I have to take the sim card out of the router and put it in another cell phone to check the balance. The app suppose to do that but that does not work. The on-line app is just a useless cause it says that the application is not working now and try again later.</p> <p> </p> <p>We have a vodacom booster at my home and logged a call for the booster in Februrary. To date have not heard from anyone to come sort out the booster. We don't have a proper signal at our house, when my husband call Vodacom the agents don't know how to look up the history of the call. The manager of the department Judy called my husband on Tuesday and said she will call back, to date no call has been received.</p> <p> </p> <p>Vodacom charges so much for the network and very fast to take their monthly fees but their services really suck.</p>
