Pathetic service from vodacom

Worst service ever. I logged a complaint about a laptop got called back the 2nd day wow and then i was told they will sort it out. Thos is a deal i took in Nigel. Went to the heidelberg mall told them what my complaint was and was told they will look into this. In the mean time vodacom is now deducting money. I will mot leave this here as this is pathetic service .
