pathetic service from vodacom

vodacom absolutely pathetic service. I ordered my phone and confirmed my order on the 28th of march and still do not have my order nor do I have any feedback regarding when I will receive it as well as I am already being billed for it. I have made numerous call to thapelo from the online department eltel whom has promised feedback and has never given me a call back to advise. worst service ever. don't use Vodacom absolutely terribly and pathetic. I had a similar problem 2 years ago which was never resolved and now again. the online department had fradulantly upgraded 2 of my lines which I had to get sorted out as well. how more pathetic can Vodacom be ?????????
