Pathetic Service from Vodacom

I dropped my Samsung Note 4 on the 11th Dec and the screen went dark , I then went to a Vodacom shop to get a nano sim card so that I can use an iphone in the meantime.I showed the lady my phone and told her my intentions she asked for my proof of residence and my ID. A sim swap was said to have been perfomed I paid R20 and nano sim card was handed to me.I was told it takes 3 to 24hrs for my number to be active again, by the end of the 12th my number was still not active.I called the call centre I was told it shows active on their side. I went to another Vodacom shop to seek advice and I was told to do another sim swap so new card was issued.I was told within 2 hours it should be active, I walked around the mall for 2hrs and by then my sim card was still not active, I went back to the Vodacom shop and a gentleman called the call centre to query and he was told by the call centre agent that it 2nd sim swap was not supposed to be perfomed before doing a manual search on the network I was told to wait another 24hrs.On the 14th I called the call centre to complain that my sim card was still not active and I was told to go and buy an unregistered sim card and call the call centre to do a sim swap again.Another 24hrs has gone by and its still not active, I have called the call centre and I was told my query will be sent through to the technician who will contact me within 2 working which means sometime next week. I run a business and since Monday my clients have found it impossible to get hold of me, my job requires my number to be available 24/7

I have had my number for more than 16yrs I am contemplating of migrating with my number to another network that puts people needs 1st. Ref A7-EGFD-NOSS

At the end of each call you are asked to rate the level of service, how does one do that? Even if the agent was good at listening whats the point if there are no results at the end.Right now I wouldnt recommend Vodacom to anyone
