PATHETIC SERVICE FROM VODACOM!!!

<p>Vodacom is the mos pathetic service provider I have ever come accross! They have been dealing with my query since LAST WEEK and still nothing has happened! Vodacom *****ed me my airtime last week, when I bought data, the confirmation sms went through but MY data DID NOT! So the sms and MY AIRTIME went through BUT NOT DATA! I am a fulltime student at Wits, i needed that data desperately for my exam research! This was a major inconveneince to me! But instead of getting helped my Vodacom consultants all I get is rude and pathetic service of having to REPEAT my story all the ****** time! Technicians called me yesterday telling me that they will compensate my data YESTERDAY! It has been 24hours AND I STILL DONT HAVE THE DATA THAT VODACOM STOLE FROM ME! I called the called cebtre this morning only to get a MOODY SIBUSISO who is trying to tell me that I AM LYING ABOUT THE DATA EVEN THOUGH HE HAS THE PC IN FRONT OF HIM TO CHEC**** I am very angry and sick of this service and empty promises, I am porting to another service provider FIRST THING TOMORROW MORNING!</p>
