Pathetic service from Vodacom

i have reported this previously and to date no help. the consultants are rude and not helpful, they send you a mail and thats it. No call to explain or find out whats happening. i am totally disgusted with vodacom's attitude, i have had a few people that called me and and phoned me again. Promised the world and they just did not call back. i have been with vodacom for more that 30 years is this the service i get. totally dissapointed, i am tired of calling the call centre and pressing buttons just to get to someone who does not give a damn. i need a manager or someone with integrity to call me and assist me. please give me an email address of someone that i can speak to. unsatisifed and dissapointed customer
