pathetic service from vodacom

if i could, i would give vodacom a 0 rating. i would alse be reporting this company to the credit department. useless, pathetic, would never use vodacom again and would also be advising people not to make use of this *** company. i would be porting my number to MTN.

vodacom account paid in full, account closed. Seems like it to much of an effort for vodacom to actually update the credit berue. account that was settled in full on the 17th of February 2023, shows that I'm now actually 2 months behind and it is affecting my credit score. Vodacom what is preventing you from doing your work correctly? already canceled all 4 of my vodacom contracts because your service is beyond pathetic, this just shows that your company is actually not capably of keeping clients happy and i would not be making use of vodacom again
