PATHETIC SERVICE FROM SHANAN CHRISTIAN - Vodacom
Your agent, Shanan Christian, has not bothered to get back to me after sending me an email regarding relocation of my fibre router. I have sent 3 emails after confirming when the existing fibre would be disconnected for Vodacom to do the installation the router being relocated (change of address).
