Pathetic service from Prabashnee in your cancellations department

I have just called into vodacoms cancellations department and the consultant Prabashnee refused to assist because I did not have the specific cell phone number for the wifi contract that I wished to cancel. This is after having spoken to vodacoms cancellations department last week and they have assisted based on my ID number. Vodacom makes it so difficult to cancel a contract with them that it can only be considered *****ulent and contracts never end when they should so that vodacom can keep taking your money. Pathetic service after holding on the line and navigating through your bot to get through to a person. But I am getting called 5 times a day to do an upgrade!
