Pathetic service from Kagiso mkoani and co

I wish we could give zero stars. I reported an issue with ont box to Vodacom fiber a week ago. They still have not logged it with metro fiber. I spoke to kagiso mkoani and he promised to escalate the the problem. I then spoke to someone this morning who refused to give his name as I said I would be complaining about the service
