Pathetic Service from Cell Giant Vodacom
I’ve been trying to cancel a cellphone contract for 3 months now without success. You cannot email them Or cancel at a retail outlet you have to call them. The options on the call do not work as the cell number I want to cancel has to be entered manually. When I try and do so it just says they cannot assist now try again later
