Pathetic Service & Faulty Stock

I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Note 4 from Vodacom in Clearwater Mall in March 2015. On Friday 24 April the handset just died on me. This handset has never fallen or anything, it is pretty clear that the appearance is still in great condition.<br> <br> I took it to the Vodacom repair centre at Cresta Mall on Saturday 25 April. I was assured that the technicians on site would have a look at it and would not send it to head office without me giving the go ahead. They asked me to come back to the store later that day and when I got back I was told that the handset had been sent to head office already. When I questioned the fact that the Courier service do not work over weekends, I was told \Nothing I can do about it boss
