PATHETIC SERVICE -FALSE ADVERTISING TO MAKE A DEAL!!!!

Was manipulated into a "Black Friday" contract offer VODACOM ONLINE DEPT had. To date from the 15th January 2020 Im battling to get hold of a consultant called Samantha, who is extremely ********* and lies about the conversation held when she sold me the contract. I requested a recording from her and to date still dont have. I've spoke to numerous consultants who tells me the manager CINDY MSOMI isn't in the office, How is it possible the this manager is NEVER available? I never get a call back, or an update of the progress of my request. i SHOULD CALL IN WEEK AFTER WEEK and hold on for more than 15min, If the consultant Samantha was honest about the deal I wouldn't have taken the phone. Pathetic customer service. I CALL ONCE A WEEK AND NO ONE IS EVER AVAILABLE TO RESOLVE MY MATTER. Today I called in and the phone was dropped on me 3 times by different consultants!!!
