Pathetic service

"I'm livid! 😡 Vodacom's service has been absolutely appalling! We gave them notice on 08 Dec that we'd be moving, and it's been radio silence until a clonk came knocking a month later, clonk didn't even know what he was there for! 🤦♂️ Fast forward, fibre's in, but no connection, and no one's bothered to help. Kids' homework's suffering, and I'm stuck in limbo. Contract's a one-way street with them, ain't it? 😤 Anyone else had this nightmare with Vodacom? 🙄"
