Pathetic service

I wanted to cancel my old contract. They convinced me to rather upgrade. Next month no upgrade. I called them, they said there are no record of the upgrade. Went through the same process again, I specifically asked for a contract with family share so I can share data. Too eager to just sell my something they sold me a contract that can't do it. Next month I try to share just to see I can't. I called them, they said they will follow up and phone back. Obviously they didn't call back.. I called again just to to hear that no they couldn't resolve it so they switched me back to my original plan. Now I can't cancel it because I can only do it in the next month as there was already something processed for the month. Now I need to call in again in Feb just to try and cancel again.. Everytime I spoke to someone all they wanted was just to get rid of the call and try and make it someone else's problem. Pathetic service..
