Pathetic service

I spoke to 3 consultants in 3 different departments and nobody is able to assist me.... If ii really wanted this type of service i would have rather joined cell c and paid cheaper monthly installments Service levels at vodacom is pathetic. I spoke to 3 consultants with tons of attitudes like they doing me a favour from Pfano to Melissa to Phumzile. I'm still being overcharged on my account and still can't get any assistance online as ii took the contract out online. Still no one onlime is able to assist me with regards to my account.
