Pathetic Service

I app**** for a WIFI with Vodacom, which was approved and delivered in May 2020

my compalints

after the router was delivered I called Vodacom to arrange for Installation which to date no installation has been done.

I cancelled my WIFI contract with cell C hoping to get the Vodacom one activated, now we are Spending over R1500 a month on airtime and data with my family where as before we were spending less than R500 together with the Cell C wifi.

I called Vodacom numerous times, there is a guy by the name of Colwynne who is a pathetic lier and making empty promises and worse he does not respond to my emails now. I spoke with diffeternt consultant at Vodacom and I always get empty promises
