Pathetic service

Pathetic service from vodacom.i made the biggest mistake by taking multiple contracts with them.they know you are bound to the contracts so even if their service is poor, they don't care as long as they are getting money from you every month. The internet connection in our area is terrible. We have to constantly call them to get it sorted.Where are their so-called technicians? Do they even work?We often go days without having internet yet we are paying for it but they say the technicians are attending to the problem.i travel a lot for work and their network coverage is poor in most areas where you can't even make calls.worst network in South aftrica. If I could rate it 0 out of 5, I definitely would have done so.
