Pathetic service

I have been struggling to get through to someone that will be able to assist with my account queries. The pathetic service I have received from Vodacom in a space of 10 months is out of this world. Till today they do not want to fix my debit order date and are messing with my credit score. You call and speak to that useless robot that cannot assist with even the simplest things. I have wrote emails to them regarding my issues with them but no one ever gets back to them. If I had known this is how things would be I would've never considered them in the first place.
