I spoke to rudest arrogant agent Lance.

I am still receiving wrong documents. every month I get a statement and invoice whatever you call it.

I want all those statements resent from March 2019 to February 2020 on both my contracts

You'll take my money every month without fail. I always upgrade my contracts and I been client for 25 years.

I am tired of this pathetic service. I want speak to am manager by close of business today

I am not afraid to cancel my contract stop it. where is customer service
