Pathetic service
Totally pathetic customer service. Been trying to cancel 2 contracts since May. Spoke to Loyiso in May, Tumelo in June, McMillan in July and Busi today. And still waiting for the 2 contracts to be cancelled. Why give us an option to downgrade, only to be told we will have to pay a penalty if we downgrade, yet I got an sms stating we eligible to downgrade. Dishonest, *********** staff that promise to call you back yet never does
