Pathetic Service Deliver and Failure to deliver Service

As a business, we are extremely disappointed by the service delivered by Vodacom. We are highly reliant on wifi and our wifi is constantly out of service for weeks on end. When the fault is logged it takes days for them to come out to fix the problem. They promised us that our business package is the best and that we will never be offline and have a backup however this is not the case at all. I would never recommend them to any customer!
