Pathetic Service! Consultants are Clueless & don’t know how to resolve a complaint/query.

My contract ended end of last year/beginning of this year. In February on this year, I called the cancellation department to cancel my contract. I spoke to someone and she retained me by offering a bundle with R110 airtime, 50sms and 500mb of data for R79.00 for 24 months which I accepted.

In March 2016 I only received the R110 airtime with no sms and data. I called the Vodacom contracts department and I was told that I only pay R10 for 15mg with no sms's. I called Vodacom over the past for months but no-one could help me.

On the 11/11/2016 I called Vodacom contracts department again and I advised them that I havent received my data and sms bundle since the 1 of March. I was advised that my query would be escalated and I will receive feedback within 48 hours. (Reference Number 1- ********** 34024)

On the 21/11/2016 I received an sms advising that my case has been closed. I checked my contract balance and I received 166.66MB and 50sms. I called in and spoke to LERATO BOSMAN, who advised me that I received a pro-rata due to the time of the month it was given. I informed Lerato that they cannot give me a pro-rata for the month of November as it wasn't my fault. I also advised her that they need to compensate me for the months that I have not received my data and sms's from (March to November 9 months). I was told again that the matter would be escalated.

On the 24/11/2016 I did not receive any response regarding my query, so I called Vodacom again. I spoke to Lesago Sekoneng for about 14 minutes and I was put on hold for over 5 minutes, so she could check my query. When she returned she informed me that Lerato didn't escalate my query and she cannot assist me, I need to speak to someone in the Solutions Department.

I was transferred to Joseph Ntisa, who advised that he would reopen my case and escalate it to the correct department. Joseph advised that it was escalated to the Contract Billing Department and Daniel would handle the case, so I can expect feedback within 7 working days.

I then received an sms on the 28/11/2016 advising that Ref(1- ********** 34024) was closed again. I decided to wait until the 01/12/2016 to check if my balances are correct and that I was compensated for the 9 months. I checked my balances today and I only received 500mb of data, R110 airtime and no sms's.

I called in once again today and spoke to Thabitha Ramogase. She advised that nothing has been resolved and she would escalate the matter again. She then opened a new case Ref (1- ********** 91585) and did not inform me when the matter will be resolved.

I would like to know when and how I will be compensated for 9 months from March until November. For the pro-rata that I received in November there is still a 333.34mb that I haven't received and for December I did not receive my 50sms.

I am paying for a SERVICE that I have not received since March 2016. No-one at Vodacom seems to know what they doing and they cannot resolve my query. I constantly have to call in, no-one ever comes back to me. I have to use my airtime and waste 20-30 minutes on every call to Vodacom. I need someone to resolve my query as the service delivery from Vodacom is PATHETIC.

CAN SOMEONE COMPETENT AT VODACOM PLEASE ASSIST ME!!!!!!!!!!
