PATHETIC SERVICE

I am extremely disgusted with the service from Vodacom. I have contacted the Vodacom switching service ***) on numerous occasions (starting from 1 October 2022) to have a cell number released, so that it can be ported to another network which was previously unsuccessful due to Vodacom not releasing the number.

I've spoken to Malcom Khoza on 3 occassions and was still not getting any feedback. I called up many times and again, recently on 20 October 2022 and asked to speak with the manager, who apparently was busy with another call. After sometime, I was told the manager has left for the day. Is this the service even a manager provides? How will the staff provide good service if the manager cannot even provide good service?

I then informed the agent I was going to lodge a complaint and asked for her full name as well as that of the manager and I was told that they are not allowed to disclose that information. Eventually, the agent hung up on me and to date the problem of releasing the required cell phone number has not been done.

It is said that all calls are recorded, why are calls not monitored? How is it the agents and the manager can have a don't care attitude towards customers and nothing gets done to improve service?

I retirate how extremely disgusted I am by the service received and urgently request that my matter be resolved as a matter of urgency and that a full investigation be done to avoid Vodacom having to lose customers due to this poor pathetic service which is received from people working for Vodacom.
