Pathetic Service

I’m very disappointed you guys have an option for contract cancellation does anyone work in that department? I’ve Been trying to call there and everytime I tried i listen to you guys stoopid promts and after 15 minutes the call cuts I’ve even tried the call back option and still no one called oh wait I managed to get thru once but your *********** staff answered the call let left the phone for like 30 seconds and cut it. *** is happening I just want to cancel my contact why is it such a ****** mission you urgent response is needed ***
