Pathetic service by Vodacom shop

Absolutely terrible service from Vodacom Newcastle mall. No feedback given by laid back employees who could not care less about customer service. Spoke to 3 different employees who blame each other but do nothing to resolve queries. Nobody knows who to contact when it comes to reporting issues. Customer service centre seems just as useless. Vodacom as truly lost the plot .
