Pathetic service by Vodacom
Vodacom canceled my Fibre line due to their fault and since this morning 8am I am trying to have it reconnected with no success. I have been to a shop and called 5 times with no joy. Supervisor not calling back and have been placed on hold by a consultant for 20 minutes without coming back to me. I had to call again. Every consultant has a different story but nothing happens. I'm still disconnected.

05 Feb 2022, 15:01I have had no call from vodacom to date. Have called 9 more times, talking to different consultants - still without Fibre. It is not possible to speak to a supervisor as you get put on hold for 20 minutes, listening to music. What does one have to do to get service? Who do you speak to? I cannot afford moving to a new service provider, paying for a router etc again.
