pathetic service by Vodacom
Very upset with Vodacom. This is the second night this week that we are experiencing fibre outages with zero communication. Additionally, when trying to contact the fibre department, calls are cut while you are holding to speak to a consultant. I have been trying to contact them for the last 3 hours, with no luck. This level of service is pathetic
