Pathetic service, beyond pathetic

The service is PATHETIC!! Vodacom called me to do a sim upgrade which I did and I was suppose to get a voucher and all I’ve been doing was going back and forth please don’t fall for the trap it’s bad service. I really feel like changing my service provider. They are so quick to call for upgrades but when you’re suppose to get something in return it’s a forever process. Don’t fall for any of it.
