Pathetic Service

I wrote a HelloPeter review a week ago, the only contact i have had from Vodacom is their generic response on all reviews that a consultant will contact you as soon as possible. My voucher has since expired and nothing has been resolved. Emails to their online to get it resolved have also been ignored until i get a response asking to close the ticket!

Pathetic customer service. I will be moving my contract when this one ends to a different service provider - done paying for a provider that doesnt care about their customers happiness within their product
