Pathetic service

Pathetic service. I've been struggling since 15 June to change my packet and was being charged double as requests were not processed as they should have been. Trying to cancel my contracts now and even that is a struggle. The several reference numbers can attest to that, when they log someone to phone me back no one ever returned a call. The worst customer service ever after 15+ years with them. I would never recommend vodacom to anyone.
