Pathetic service
***//VODACOM I am waiting on my Paid up letter since July 2021 and have called Vodacom several times of which call centre agents ensures me I will receive my letter and nothing has been received to date. The email address has been confirmed to be correct and still no paid up letter received. It's been 4months I have made several calls. This is pathetic service levels and incompetency.
