Pathetic Service at Vodacom World / VodaWorld

I recently went for an upgrade at Vodacom World and received the worst service ever at Vodacom. After process of almost two hours I was told that they do not have stock of the model I want. They indicated that they do have the more expensive model in stock which I agreed to take. At the point of singing the paperwork I notice that the cost on the contract differs from the amount originally indicated to me. At which point I am told just to sigh and accept the additional cost. The consultant told me there is nothing they can do. At which point I asked to speak to someone with more authority. I then spoke to Motshabi Makau how indicated we can correct the cost by hand and sign next to the correction. Only after going through all this effort and time as well as enquiring about linking the device to the contact I wanted to take am I told the selected device, which they recommended will not work with the contract. At this point in time the consultant indicated there is nothing they can do and shoved a number in my face and tells me to call the number and there is nothing se can do. The number turns out not be the correct number ***). I asked to speak to Motshabi Makau once again. I have to again provide all the details and she assured the they will email me the correct contract. I once again received the incorrect contract and when trying to phone any number you do not get through and it indicate please try again later. Honestly the worst service ever. Luckily my contract is coming to an end and I can cancel it and if this is the level of service they offer I am seriously considering cancelling all my Business contracts as well.
