Pathetic service @ Vodacom Secunda Mall

I received quite a bad service on 10/8/2019 when I went to Vodacom Secunda Mall in Mpumalanga to pay for my cellphone contract, to my amaze I was told that I can't pay my account using a card it has to be hard cash. I then ask the consultant why is that and he couldn't give me an answer but just said "for account payment they take cash not card" I was shocked because I always pay using bank card in Gauteng with no issues.

When I got to Sandton City they were as shocked as I was about the whole situation to make matters worse it's a big Vodacom outlet in the Secunda Mall and the consultant was just very rude. We in the technology era and Vodacom is going backwards to use old payment system. I trust that they should upgrade their system on that side.

It got me thinking that if my monthly account is R 4 500 I then should be carrying a large sum and risk to be ******.

Thank you Vodacom Secunda Mall for such a pathetic service.
