PATHETIC service at Vodacom Highveld Mall - Witbank

THE WORST EVER!!! These people working in Highveld Mall, Witbank, at the Vodashop at the Pick a Pay entrance are PATHETIC. 29 Des, went to do a sim swop. Notification outside said 5 employees working, BUT, 3 were in the shop, one helping customers (SO SLOW), one behind the till, and the other - Who said she was the manager so she can't HELP. My husband told the manageress that their service are pathetic, on which, the one at the till, came storming towards him, and had a one cents through in.....There is NO customer SERVICE . They are, lazy, slow, unfriendly, mumbling when spoken to , unhelpful, and do NOT have the business's interest at heart, just there, to get the day over, and get their salary at the end of the month
