Pathetic service at Vodacom

It’s very difficult to get out of Vodacom contract, especially if you are a victim of ********** account. I’ve been given a run around, from one department to the other and it’s been more than a year. Mind you that you can’t open another account. I was even handed over for collection for non payment on something I didn’t buy.
