Pathetic service at vodacom cradlestone

Vodacom cradlestone.

I received the worst service ever.

Since when does one have to do their own credit checks when applying for credit.

I app**** for a cellphone contract it's been over 2 weeks no one calls no updates. For me to get feedback I have to run after them.

What kind of customer service is this.
