Pathetic service at Vodacom Centurion mall

I was at Vodacom Centurion mall this is the most pathetic service l have ever experienced , l waited an hour without assistance , only to be told l have to get a ticket after receiving a ticket for service , l waited an additional 40 minutes ,that's when l told the service clerk that l have been waiting for a long time , this turned into an altercation with the service clerk who told me l can leave if l want they are not the only shop available . I finally got assisted 10 minutes after my altercation and that's when a different sales consultant told me they can not assist me as the safe closed and l can purchase a phone. I am very disappointed in their service and l wish to take this matter further
