PATHETIC SERVICE AT VODACOM

We sent a phone in last year to have the screen repaired, upon receiving the quote to fix the screen, we did not agree to the repair as the quote is too expensive, we then received a message that the phone was being sent back to the store, we received another message on 13 December to collect the phone and we were away in December therefore we did not collect, I called the store beginning January and I was told that the phone was in the store, when looking for the phone, I got informed that the phone is not in the store, now no tom **** or harry knows where the damn phone is!!!! The staff at the vodacom 4 u are extremely rude!!... I can almost guarantee that this cellphone was ******, and Vodacom better replace it very quickly, before I take this further!!!!!
