Pathetic Service at Voda Shop Newmarket Mall
I am very disgusted at the service I am getting at Voda Shop Newmarket. Recently I have gone to renew my contract and with that took out a value added bundle of a PlayStation 4....up to this day I have not received my new phone OR the PS4.Everytime I have to hear is that the warehouse don't have stock of the PS4...how can they nationally advertise this but don't have stock? Also, they are next to MAKRO...go buy my PS4 from MAKRO or alternatively give me a voucher so that I can buy it myself. SERVICE DELIVERY is poor...this consultant always promises to keep me updated but I am the one that constantly phones her or drive to the mall to follow up...she is pathetic. another one again rolls her eyes at me when I complain about the service...This SNOTGAT is not even aware that my contract with VODACOM is over 20years old, meaning older than her!
I have never experienced such incompetence at a Vodacom store before.
I have though been to Newmarket Mall AGAIN to follow up and this time was told...” Head Office informed us that this deal s discontinued but you can have it f you take out either a laptop or router”...really now..i am a RED SELECT customer...the deal with the PS 4 is discontinued but ok take out a laptop...or..or then you can have it.
On the booklet it states that the deal ends the 8th December...bear in mind that i app**** for it in November...and still without my new phone Note 10+.
Pity one cannot give 0 Zero stars...
Head office...i need you to do something urgently...like i said before...give me a voucher so that I can go and procure the PS 4 myself at MAKRO OR GAME OR ANYWHERE ELSE TO CAMOUFLAGE YOUR INCOMPETENCE.
