Pathetic service at the repair centre

<p>Vodacom has the most pathetic repair centre. I have given my phone for repairs like about 8 time this year. All they fit for doing is to give you a refurbished phone that still breaks. Just picked up my phone on the 02/12/2016 and it worked for the weekend now the phone just goes off and never comes on. I mean why does vodacom indorse a product if it clearly does not work. Where as customers lose out on our data as well as airtime as the phone is always out of order. At the end of the month vodacom is still taking our premium however we cannot make full use of the device as aell as the data and airtime In the last 4 months my phone as been in and out of the repair centre 4 times. This brillent phone is none other than the blackbeety Z10. When ever we phone them there is always no response. I am a very disappointed client as my husband and i have been with vodacom for years and this is the ****py service we get. Very disappointed. I will be moving my business to MTN if vodacom does not give me another device.</p> <p> </p>
