Pathetic service at Eastgate Vodacom

I'm very upset on Vodacom eastgate service as we opened an Hauewei contract in the middle of June, for two phones which we received, and as a present to get two ear phones, which we have heard that they had no stock when we opened the contract. Why is it there so much excuses and no stock, but open a contract quick with alligations and not receiving the service that we should get. I'm not been ungrateful but why leave a customer with no answers on even a WhatsApp on what is happening. I've been with Vodacom for years and yet it's pay every month but no service and what we should receive on signing, it's disgusting at all measures. This must be dealt with immediately.
